Rejuran Healer
Polynucleotide injections used to support skin repair, texture and elasticity across a course of sessions.
What it is
Rejuran contains polynucleotides — DNA fragments derived from salmon — delivered into the skin by a series of small injections. It is a skin quality treatment rather than a filler: it does not add volume or change facial shape.
How it works
The polynucleotides are intended to support the skin’s own repair processes, with the aim of improving hydration, elasticity and texture over time. Because the effect depends on tissue response, a course of sessions spaced several weeks apart is standard.
What to expect
- Numbing cream is applied before treatment
- Small raised bumps immediately afterwards, usually settling within a day or two
- Bruising is common, particularly around the eyes
- A course of sessions, then periodic maintenance
What it cannot do
This treatment addresses skin quality. It does not lift, does not restore lost volume, and does not remove established wrinkles. Where those are the concern, a different approach should be discussed at consultation.
